🏝Meet the Bowden family, who returned from their Beaches All-Inclusive Resort and Spa vacation in Negril, Jamaica, all smiles! This graduation vacation celebrated their oldest daughter's remarkable achievements: graduating from high school and earning her Associate's degree from NWACC.👩‍🎓

🙌Edna had come to me a few times for me to book her vacation, this time it was a different situation. We landed on Beaches Negril, for the celebration. I worked hard at finding the right room for their family, as when she came to me, a lot of things had already been booked up. Edna had faith in me, as I would check inventory just about every single day, multiple times a day to see if the perfect room would open up. FINALLY...Jackpot!

❤When Edna was out in Jamaica, she had been texting me, and had a few kind words to share, "You provide us wonderful service. It's what I call 'white glove' service!! You spoiled us to ensure that we have a great trip. Not only for Beaches but also for Disney!" This truly just makes my heart happy. Edna and I have known each other for a while, and have a great connection and relationship.

🖊While they were out there, they went ahead and booked another trip to Beaches, and then transferred over to me. I love this for them.

🥰I asked Edna what her favorite part of the trip was for them, and this is what she said, " The best part of our trip is the memories I've made with my family, knowing that is a core memory for them. The kids enjoyed the volleyball activities and the pool." Negril was a fun water park for the kids, so I am sure they had a great time.

I have accepted a job offer with Brightwater Culinary where I will be a Sous Chef, as I am very excited about this new adventure. This is a very part time and flexible job, that allows me the freedom to book your vacations. I will be starting July 7th, at that time, my email responses will reflect my new office hours.

What does this mean for my travel business? I AM NOT GOING ANY WHERE. Let me say this again... I am here to book your vacations. Please don't think I have left the travel agency, as I am still here and happy to book and help plan your vacations.

With that being said, I will have specific set office hours, and will put up times in my emails for responses. I will more than likely be responding in the afternoon. I know you're asking what if I have a travel emergency? That's a valid question. This job allows me flexibility to handle any travel emergencies that might come up. This is also why I stay in my lane and book what I know, so I can resolve YOUR emergency in a timely manner. In the almost 5 years I have been a travel agent, I have only had one true travel emergency, and that was resolved in a timely manner and the client was extremely happy with the results.

I will keep posting here, so keep your eyes peeled with some fun posts. I will also be keeping up with the newsletters as well. Please feel free to reach out to me, as I will always be grateful for your business and happy to help book your vacations. 💜

🏝I had the wonderful pleasure of booking this graduation/girls vacation to St. Thomas, USVI. I was able to book them at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas for her vacation, which is just a beautiful resort. I just knew that they would fall in love with this resort, and find some time to be on "Island Time" 🍹. I suggested some things for them to do, one of which was to take a ferry over to St. John and explore Trunk Bay, which she said, "the most beautiful beach I've seen."

I have known Rosy for a few years, as I have booked another vacations for her family, and came to me from a referral. She has been an amazing client and love working with her and her family.

After she got back, she sent me a sweet message, "Hi Jennifer, thank you for everything, the trip was everything we expected and more." This makes my heart so happy when I hear these things. I try very hard to match destinations and resorts to my clients, and do a lot of research to help them build a great vacation. So, when I get these little messages, it means the world to me ❤️.

I have enjoyed all of Rosy's pictures and to watch them make some wonderful memories, I hope they will always remember. Here are just a few of her pictures, just beautiful. I can't wait to see their next adventure.

🚨 Breaking news! Starting TODAY, the required deposit for Disney Cruise Line reservations is DROPPING from 20% to 10% of the voyage fare for most NEW bookings. 😍

✨ Also beginning today, guests who have book a new onboard Placeholder Reservation will only be required to pay a 5% deposit when their MMV agent adds a sail date to their reservation, if the sailing is 7 nights or longer.

Other things to note:
👉 Cancellation fees will follow a new deposit policy for sailings made on or after June 18, 2025. If a reservation is cancelled during the deposit cancellation fee period and the deposit was 10%, the cancellation fees will also be 10% of the voyage fare.
