Come and watch the SP PNG Hunters play the Wynnum Manly Seagulls for Round 8 on Sunday 4th May 2025 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Like every PNG Hunters game, we have a tour that includes all flights, 5 star accommodation, all transfers, VIP seats and catering at the game plus much more. Numbers are limited to 20, so do not delay. The tour starts on Saturday the 3rd of May and finishes on Monday the 5th of May. We are the only provider of rugby league tours to Papua New Guinea and we were the first to provide rugby league tours to Papua New Guinea.

While this is great for those tourists who want to visit a tropical paradise and have it all to themselves. We need tens of thousands more tourists per year to create a self sustaining tourism industry. A self sustaining tourism industry creates jobs, education and capacity throughout Papua New Guinea. This is what Laikim PNG is out to create, a tourism industry that creates exceptional outcomes for our tourists and a exceptional outcomes for the people of PNG.
In 2023 Fiji bought in 734,494 tourists or 61,208 tourists per month. In 2023 PNG bought in 15,784 tourists or 1,315 per month. We consider a tourist as someone who is coming to tour the country for a holiday and someone who is not from PNG.

Once you get out to the islands of Papua New Guinea, there isn't anyone else fishing except you and the locals. Here we are heading out for a quick troll to catch some fresh fish for dinner . We ended up catching a GT and mackerel. We had sashimi mackerel and mackerel steaks

Buying smoked fish from a mother and child on the side of the road for a snack. You can buy and eat food like this in Papua New Guinea and when we travel in the islands we buy food like this from small businesses we have been working with for years. The money we spend with people like this makes a huge difference to the families and communities we visit. It makes you and Laikim PNG and integral part of the success of families and communities throughout Papua New Guinea.

Getting ready for scuba and a cheeky bird comes to play. This bird can fly off at any time and he likes to hang around the hotel, play with the dogs, guests, people and anyone he can. Crocodile with bent jaws. You can get so close to crocodiles in Papua New Guinea, you could reach out and pat them. Though we wouldn't recommend it.
