I would boldly say JUNGDON started the premium Tokatsu trend in Korea.

등심(Sirloin part) has a bit of fat in each piece, makes it even more tender. 안심(Tenderloin) is so juicy and soft, it's a big piece of meat but it disappears in mouth so quickly.
