We took a quick trip up to The Nest Silverthorne today while kids at school, to get everything ready for our December guests! 🎄✨ There’s something so magical about prepping for a white Christmas in the mountains—and trying to curate a feeling that the guests can experience, while away from their own home for the holidays.
Today’s to-do list:

From Denver to Park City today in our first ever electric vehicle road trip! 🚘 Completely mind blown I had zero range anxiety, thanks to the trusty ABRP trip planner app! 🌟 Not gonna lie though, was up until 230am trying to wrap my head around the idea of taking the EV and the logistics behind it…
You know how that goes though, it’s always the most anxiety provoking doing something for the first time. Especially with kids!

I flip through pics often and I’m constantly reminded of the incredible changes that have taken place in this home over the last 2 years since we purchased, renovated, then opened it’s doors Dec of 2021. We have been given the honor of hosting some of the most amazing families since then and that just makes it all so worth it to the core!
From floors and doors, trim, paint, lighting, bathrooms, to all new furnishings, hot tub, game room…(I won’t go on ;) ), this home has been such a passion project and the memories I get the privilege of hearing about from guests, will continue to fill my heart 💜
There is nothing passive about owning vacation rentals when you pour your heart and soul into it…especially when you can’t help but continue to find all those little details to focus on, pour more into and do everything you can to finely tune that guest experience!
