We get it. The late nights preparing, the early check-ins, the messages at midnight, the towels that will never be the same. But we also get this—the families reuniting, the kids seeing snow for the first time, the engagements, the quiet mornings with coffee and the kind words that remind us why we do this.

So…let them check in early, leave a four-star review, rearrange the furniture, or take a million photos.
Let us choose grace over frustration, gratitude over exhaustion, and joy over the tiny inconveniences—because at the end of the day, we’re creating something priceless.

A last minute car change was needed and had to pony up (get it…Mustang.. giggle giggle) and learn how to plan out a EV Road Trip. Thankful for a friend who does this on the reg and recomended the App ABRP. It was a game changer and we had a blast! I actually had ZERO Range Anxiety and got to learn how to use the Ford/Tesla Magic Dock Adapters at some of the Tesla Superchargers.

❄️ After more than a foot of new snow and the return to cold temperatures for snowmaking over the weekend, Keystone Resort announced that it will open for the 2023-24 winter season on Wednesday, Nov. 1!!
2 miles of skiing and riding on the signature Schoolmarm and Silver Spoon trails. Additionally, skiers and riders will have access to a hike-to terrain park on Spring Dipper and beginners will have access to learning terrain at the top of the River Run Gondola, utilizing the Kokomo Carpet.

In celebration of Opening Day, guests who arrive early will be treated to free donuts and hot coffee, as well as prizes for our first-in-line guests. DJ experiences at the River Run base area and the Summit House at the top of the gondola will keep the party going throughout the day.

A recent guest and her crew, staying at The Nest- Silverthorne, had these incredibly thoughtful words to share on her this week.

What she didn’t mention was, she got married that weekend (not AT our home) but chose to have her spouse and wedding party stay with The Nest. I could not have felt more honored and humbled to help host these incredible memories for this group!
