First day of a little adventure to South Africa 🐘

We began our trip with as long day of travel with a lay over in Qatar. We made use of the Qatar Airways transfer tour so we got to see a whistle stop tour of Doha 🇶🇦

This was our first family trip on safari and it didn’t disappoint. Being the low season I was worried about being able to see the animals because the bush is very full and green, but as you can see from the photos I needn’t have worried. An early start but it was worth it! 🦁

And yes we really we that close to the sleeping lions! 🫣🫣🫣

Norway is on track to become the first country in the world to go all-electric! 🚗⚡

Last year, electric cars outnumbered petrol-powered vehicles on Norway’s roads for the first time ever.

This incredible progress is thanks to government policies, like:

🌿 Scrapping VAT and import duties for low-emission vehicles
💶 Imposing higher taxes and registration fees on fossil-fuel vehicles
💡 Free parking, discounted road tolls and access to bus lanes for electric vehicles

This approach is steering consumer choices and driving the shift to cleaner transportation, which will have a huge positive impact on reducing emissions and protecting our planet! 🌏
