It is sad that many of Africa's top tourist destinations are out of reach of the locals. Most people staying in Cape Town will never go up to Table Mountain and few South Africans can go to our national parks. Many East African countries are trying to make their top destinations more adorable to the locals. I hope that we can see the same happening here,

Few places in the world offers photography opportunities like Africa. Africa is of course heaven to any wildlife and landscape photographer with the big five and landscapes that range from the great plains, lakes and mountains to rainforests, deserts and beaches. But Africa offers much more to a photographer then just wildlife and landscapes. With unique and colorful tripe’s like the Zulu, Masia and Bushmen there are always the opportunity to capture these magnificent people, most very unaware of the camera.
But Africa also has some very deferent cityscapes with cities that is part first world and part third world. Many cities also have a very unique building with building build by the Europeans next to traditional Arabian and Indian buildings mixed with the locals.
Even the ocean offers a treasure of photography opportunities with the Dhow’s of Zanzibar sailing still as they did hundreds of years ago. Africa is also the perfect place for whales, dolphins and sharks but the smaller penguins are also always a treat.
Africa has something for anyone. African Story is also the only tour operator that offers photography climbing tours to Kilimanjaro. Our guides worked out the best routes for photographers, making it an unforgettable experience. The mountain gorillas of Uganda are rare and very few people will ever get to see them and even less as a photographer. We can also give you the opportunity to shoot with trained elephants and or lions with or without models.
We have professional photographers of deferent levels available to give workshops when needed and can also arrange for models. Photographers can experience aerial photography from helicopters, architectural photography, candid, fashion, landscape, street, wildlife and bo***ir photography in unique environments. Photographers of all levels and experience are welcome and groups of one to twenty.
