Polaroid Travel’s Policy
📍All inquiries require a non refundable research/booking fee of $25 (single or couple trips) or $50 (for group trips). Research fee is for my time in planning, preparing, negotiating, and booking travel arrangements. No research is done until payment received

📍 Research/Booking fee entitles you a maximum of 3 quotes in no more than 2 destinations and is valid for 24 hours

.

📍Research/Booking fee is charged per booking. New Booking would be a different or additional date/location. *If you are modifying original booking no additional fee will apply.

📍When you inquire please have a head count on who all will be vacationing with you. Any additional parties added after you pay the research fee of $25 would be considered a new booking and that party would be responsible for paying a $25 booking fee.

📍Customer information Form must be completed within 24 hours of your research fee being paid. Failure to do either will result in termination of our Agreement

📍We must be able to communicate effectively, meaning please reply within 24 hours or this agreement is terminated

📍Please have your requested dates Off and Approved by your employer before inquiring

📍Prices may vary based on availability/dates/location

📍Be Deposit Ready. Payment plan can only be set up if your trip is more than 2 months out. If your trip is less than 2 months out full payment will be required to secure your booking.

📍Business Hours Are Mon-Fri 8 am to 8pm eastern time. If you reach out to me Sat/Sun please allow 24 hours for a response. If it is an emergency please call 911.

📍If you have an issue with your flight during travel please go to the airline customer service desk in the airport for immediate assistance

📍If you purchased Allianz Travel Insurance and you have travel/luggage delay or need to use the medical benefits please contact Allianz at 800-497-4029

📍By paying the research/booking fee you acknowledge acceptance of these terms
