1) Change your sleeping pattern beforehand

Adjust your sleep pattern before you go on vacation. Can’t have jet lag if your body clock’s already attuned.

2) Drink water 💧💧💧 and lots of it!

You’ll be needing the bathroom every two seconds, but water keeps your energized and alert.

3) Get lots of sunshine ☀️

Nothing says to ‘time to wake up’ like the sun in the sky. Sunshine helps regulate your body’s natural sleep-wake cycle.

4) Exercise 🏃

Even a 10 minute jog can have a profound effect on your sleep.

If not, settle for a long walk. Maybe an hour. It’s a great way to lose weight.

5) Power naps

A power nap is a short 10 to 20 minute nap that re-energise your body and get you back on track.
