For those of you that have never met me, you are unaware that I love people. I have high positive & fun energy, that is contagious. We all need to release the day to day & bring in laughter & pure joy. We all need a balance.

I have been self employed in the service industry since 2006. I became a vacation rental host in 2018, continually upgrading, to entice people to stay at my homes.

I have received hundreds of excellent reviews from my rentals. I acquired them because I utilized my high integrity & pay attention to detail. I have respect for my guest/clients and I take any suggestion or objection seriously & upgrade what is necessary asap.

Now I am introducing for my 2nd season, my tour company, 4 S TOURS. I offer 2 different incredible trips:
1. A customized distillery tour in Napanee & Prince Edward County, ON
2. A Bon Echo Provincial Park

Now I am offering a combination STAY & PLAY PACKAGE. (See video & call or email me to get a detailed list of my inclusions)

This river front home is available from May 1 to June 20, 2024. Only for short term. I do not offer a temporary home for people that do not have a home to leave to after June 20.

Note: Just like a townhouse or a semi-detached house, there are 2 side by side apartments.
- The apartments are separated by a staircase in between them, therefore you cannot hear any noise coming from either of them.
- There are no apartments above or below either of them.
-No shared spaces inside the home your
- The outdoor 3 season room is also your private space.
- The only shared items are the hot tub, pool, bonfire pit, pergola and kayaks.

ALL INCLUSIVE
This apartment is all inclusive with wifi, utilies, netflix, and 3 car/truck parking,

Enjoy bbq's, bonfires, birding year round from the waterfront property.

Get in one of the 3 Kayaks are available directly from the shoreline.

The kitchen, living, and dining room are open concept. Cook to your hearts content while visiting with your family and friends, as they sit on the bar seats, on the 11 foot counter facing the kitchen.

The countertop stove faces the open concept living and dining room.
KITCHEN has a countertop stove, double wall oven & a fridge with ice & water on the door, dishwasher & microwave.

LIVINGROOM- Gas fireplace and a 40"tv netflix and wifi and comfortable furniture & double sofa bed.

DINING ROOM- Seating for 6 and 4 bar stools facing the kitchen. It has a large window facing the water. There is a buffet and hutch full of serving dishes, etc.

BEDROOM 1 has a queen size bed, a 32" smart tv, an electric fireplace, dresser and closet

BEDROOM 2- faces the waterside has double sized Murphy bed, 32" smart tv, electric fireplace, a closet and dresser

Note: I described 5 people, only if 2 people are sharing a bed, otherwise the house fits 3 people comfortably.

3 SEASON ROOM is your own private, covered outdoor room. It has a natural gas bbq , dining table and a steel countertop for meal prep

There is a covered pergola, directly at the water's edge, with a sectional couch & a fire table. There is a 2nd covered pergola conversational seating with a waterfront view. There is also & a bonfire pit, overlooking the water

This is a river front property. You can not swim in the river.. However, I have installed a new 12 x 22 pool with massive deck and a hot tub.

Note: I allow 2 small or1 medium size or 1 large dog, no puppies in potty training but no cats

Renting 4 bedrooms separately in 2 separate fully equipped 2 bedroom apartments in one house, (☆☆☆so you only have to share the bath & kitchen,livingroom & laundry with 1 other roommate☆☆☆).

I am always looking for better ways to suit my short term vacation homes.

Yesterday before & after shots.

I switched out the 4 seater dining area for a couch and side table, to produce a livingroom/kitchen/dinette combo.
I purchased a small antique 2 seater table
Perfect apartment for 2 people.
The last picture is my 2nd kitchen/livingroom. I removed the white couch and placed it in the kitchen you see in the pictures below.
The small dining area doubles as an office desk, which contractors working temporarily in our area require.

Taking bookings for 4-7 passenger Wine tours from May-November themed or non them bachelorette, bachelor, graduation, anniversary, birthdays etc. Take a look at what I offer compared to any other tour group.
1. I am your customized party planner You pick which winery, brewery, etc. We talk about which theme you would like or no theme.
2. I am your chauffer. I will pick all of you up individually. No ome drives. 1st pick up incl. Others $10 each. Must be 35 kms from Napanee.
3. I am your photographer for the entire day and send the group leader the pics & videos
4. Lunch or bbq dinner on the beach or restaurant included
5. I decorate the beach or restaurant tables. ( see examples below)

I wish to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart, for leaving life changing reviews, of the tours, I brought you all on.

Winter 2023, I started a volunteer tour group, in and around Puerto Vallarta
Then, summer 2023, I also created a wine, brewery & whiskey tour, plus a BonEcho tour in Napanee & the surrounding areas.
I planned & organized each event. They knew what to expect before and during each tour.
I stayed with anyone that were not as capable, on the more difficult hikes and nursed any small injuries with my first aid kit.
I took pictures of the scenery, candid and group shots and then sent everyone copies.
We all became friends. We planned pot lucks, birthday gatherings, met up for anyone leaving Puerto Vallarta and have kept in touch.
I have goosebumps writing this!
I knew before I left Mexico, that being a tour guide, utilizes every part of my soul. I love meeting new people and inviting them to experience what thrilled me.

This Napanee River Waterfront Home has an above ground pool, deck and hot tub, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 natural gas bbq's a fire pit and 3 kayaks.
Available- Saturday August 6 to Tues Aug 8. Take 2 days off work to extend your weekend. There is a 3 day minimum as the house is large inside and out.
Total price $1,500 plus hst
