2024 Glow Up ✨

2024 has been a year of so many changes for us

✨It was our first full year in our RV
✨We both got new jobs that we LOVE
✨First year working from home on the road
✨First 5k run in honor of our daughter 👼🩵
✨First time traveling across the country together
✨Both started working with a coach to get our health in order

It has been a year of many challenges dealing with grief and finances on top of the other daily challenges of life. But it seems like the foundation is being set for things to start coming together & finally feel a sense of normalcy after losing Maddie ❤️‍🩹

Have you tried Peco Bills New-ish menu?

I could eat Mexican food for breakfast, lunch & dinner so I love finding an option in the parks! 🌮🌯🫔

The menu includes a tamale, nachos, rice bowl, southwest Cesar salad & plant based flat bread and you can add your choice of protein including citrus chipotle chicken, green chili pork, or Coca Cola Cherry braised beef.

The only issue was we couldn’t order a plant based option for mobile order bc it makes you order protein 😕 so we had to wait on line.

There is plenty of indoor seating here as well as a bathroom inside which makes it a great spot to take a mid day break.
