I've not seen these in shops yet but when I do, you can bet I'm gonna pounce on them lol This is a prinjolata (traditional Maltese carnival cake). Yummy!

Sadly Carnival is cancelled this year. But there's nothing stopping us from indulging in some prinjolata. Yum! (For those who don't know, prinjolata is a traditional Maltese carnival cake).

Who remembers these? I think there might still be a few in certain locations. As a kid, I used to love the time when the driver would shout "Pitrolju!" I thought it was hilarious, I could barely understand what he was saying but I loved the sound of it lol
