Fun Fact // Before every group visit, we always include a packing list in our prep email sequence.

Aside from sending details about communities, excursions, people, and places beforehand, we also suggest a few not-so-common goodies to bring for the adventure ahead.

These are a few other sustainable-minded gems I like to include in my travel kit:

🥤 Reusable straws to enjoy the chance encounter of fresh coconut or any beverage -- don't forget your pipe cleaner
💧 A reusable water bottle to fill up rather than generate plastic waste with every water bottle
🍴 Biodegradable bamboo cutlery set -- my favorite is a spoon/fork combo that's compact and easy to store
🚿 Natural & biodegradable shampoo & soap bars to keep waterways pollutant-free
Quick drying towels to reduce the laundry load of hotels which minimizes their waste

One of the greatest gifts we can give back as travelers is to minimize our waste by respecting local habitats 🌎
