Hello all friends of Viggo’s 👋
It feels like we have been away for so long! And has honestly been the strangest adjustment after a huge year of welcoming so many beautiful guests to Viggo’s Rest we are so grateful for each and every one of you 🥰

💫If you have been wondering where we have got to or our reasons for closing Viggo’s we recently recorded a podcast for with gorgeous host Grace!

💫We dive deep into our journey so far, why we started Viggo’s, what we learned and our reasons for closing and what’s next! 🥺

💫We believe in each and every one of you that anything you dream can be possible so we hope it inspires you to just keep going!

Did you ever wonder where our name Viggo’s Rest came from?

Viggo’s rest is located just a short stroll to the beach front where the haunted and mysterious Alkimos shipwreck is located 👻

Have you ever heard of the ghost of the Alkimos aka Henry? There is even a cocktail named after him at 🍹

The original name of The Alkimos by its previous owners was - VIGGO HANSTEEN 🚢

We thought it quite fitting to recognise the history of the area with some interesting tales attached 👻
