"My group of eight had a great time at Katy and Dion’s property! It was much bigger than the pictures, and the yard was beautifully landscaped. Everything in the house was spotless and thoughtful. Feeling accomplished today as we made super host again! 🎉🍾💥Almost a full year since remodeling this home🔨🏠 and starting on the journey of being new hosts!

Super host is receiving positive reviews, being responsive, and avoiding cancellations where possible. Airbnb checks this 4 times a year for performance. It’s not a easy business at all. Super pumped!!! Late to posting! Another 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! Truly thankful and humbled our guest and there family enjoyed the experience we created for them.

The Review !!
Wow, I would say 10 stars if I could! our family of 8 always stays in Airbnb or VRBO. this is one of our all-time favorites. There was a ton of space; plenty of room inside and out. The hot tub was great and there was a lot of space to relax for our college kids and a playset for our young ones. Katy had instructions and tips all over which was very helpful. I always have to spend a lot of time figuring out where things are or how they wo. The tips were great! There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had literally everything you would need. We ate or prepared every meal at the house and lacked nothing. We loved the coffee bar and the kids loved the cocoa. The house is reasonably close to three National parks, Seattle, and several State Parks. The boys loved the showers and there was plenty n of soap, TP, etc. The entire house was clean and comfy. We are already trying to figure out how and when we can get back!

"It's too bad we live in Texas, or we would be back! What a beautiful place! We loved everything about it. Katy and Dion thought of everything, and we didn't want for anything. The home was also extremely clean which, unfortunately, is rare. If you don't mind traveling, this is a great spot. The home is secluded yet close to a few amenities and restaurants. Just two hours from Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Parks. This home is hands-down the BEST airbnb that we have EVER stayed in! Thank you Katy & Dion!"

Fabulous stay! Amazing property (the outdoor space in particular), very clean and comfortable, fully stocked pantry and very responsive hosts! We had a great time! Absolutely no complaints. The hosts have thought about everything you’ll need!

"We spent a long weekend at this home with our family - multiple adults and little kids. It was the perfect retreat! SUPER private and quiet, the house is on a large lot. We practically lived outside. This is the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever stayed at! Tons of kitchen items, bedding and towels, furniture, fans, etc. We didn't need a single thing! "Katy and Dion’s home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Hosts communicated really well, were responsive and answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The house was clean, organized and we were provided with great instructions on how to use everything in the house (Nespresso machine, rain shower, etc). The property was beautiful and we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and the playground structure was a hit with our kids. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for my mom, siblings and all of our kids. Would highly recommend this lovely home. Thank you Katy and Dion!"

Amazing place! Took the kids to Katy and Dion’s place for spring break. Unbelievably well stocked with anything you can think of. From toilet paper to a coffee station to make any kind of coffee. Very comfortable indoors and outdoor is huge. Kids ran laps around the property. Tons of beds, bean bags and little areas to kick up your feet. There’s a small city about 10 minutes away that stores and restaurants you would need. This place is special and we will be visiting yearly.

Everyone in our group enjoyed the space, including the 18 month old and our sweet pup! It is amazing the loving thoughtfulness that went into everything provided in this home. So many bean bag chairs, games, and little things you’d never think of till you need them, like hair ties! The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. it felt like home and every one of us slept the best we have in a long time.

"This was such a beautiful retreat for our whole family, from adults to babies. Katy and Dion did such an amazing job with the property, from the coziness of the indoor wood burning stove and elaborate coffee bar, to the well manicured landscape featuring an amazing jetted hot tub. "This home and property are amazing! The home is so relaxing, clean and nicely decorated . It is so organized for anything you may need on a get away. I really appreciated having the laminated instructions next to items that are available for use. The outside property is so beautifully landscaped and made so you have many options to enjoy the outdoors! The privacy is wonderful and peaceful. Katy & Dion are the most amazing host. They are so wonderful at responding back to any communication that is sent to them. This is my new favorite place to escape! I will definitely be back! 😁"

***Before & After!!!***

We had an exterior landscape design complete for “The Rested Nestle” that had our “future guests” in mind; no/low mud, easy access around the entire propety through paths, no-mud materials, local plants, etc.

When we first received bids to implement this landscaping plan, they were around $50k! Dion and I sat down, planned out the entire project (with no landscaping install experience) and BOOM did it ourselves! It was a HUGE undertaking and we couldn’t have done it without Dion’s knowledge of materials and skills in excavation, trenching, electrical, etc.

We had to dig trenches, put in drains, move material, order material and install and it was a ton of work! BUT we learned a lot and it stretched out muscles for now we know what we can do together!

"The amenities and the extras that Katy and Dion provide are really something special. This is NOT just some persons house. This place has been specially designed to be a rental. Everything feels brand new and a lot of care, thought and capital went into making this one of the best equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The basic necessities in the pantry /endless spice rack options/condiments in the fridge/cooking oils and coffee all thought of prior to arrival made you happy you didn’t need to go into town (mainly cuz town is not filled with many appealing options.) The home was very very clean also. We came with a large camper trailer 30ft and the lot was very convenient and easy to turn around in. These folks want you to feel like you’re in a resort and it shows. Keep up the great work and I hope you are able to expand your portfolio of properties!"
