Diamante Adventure Park in Costa Rica
🦥 We all went to see Lucy the sloth!! This was my first sloth experience and they are ADORABLE! I want one! This is a very cute little excursion that would be great for families with children! They have lots of tropical and rainforest animals that are not fit to live in the wild on their own so they get to be spoiled and pampered in this adventure park while people go Gaga over them! Literally my dream life! 🤣💁🏼‍♀️

Pro tip: Visit Lucy and her sloth friends during feeding time because watching them stick their little hand out for their carrot sticks and other veggies is absolutely PRECIOUS!

Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica! I also loved this property! Adults only! It was extremely lush and what I would expect out of a truely tropical resort! Lots of hills bring amazing views luckily they have ride service to take you to and from the top, I felt like there was little to no wait time for the ride so it was mostly a giant convenience vs some places I’ve been where it felt like the large property was a nuisance because it took a long time to get a ride or walk anywhere. You’ll notice the black sand in some of my photos and I was OBSESSED with it at this property! I laughed because I said it looked like dirt on my feet in a picture but in person it was like black glitter! So pretty! This property is located directly across the bay from Andaz and Planet Hollywood! I loved it here and kicked myself for not extending my trip to be here longer!!

Pro tip: The club lounge bar has THE BEST drinks out of maybe any resort I’ve been to!

Andaz! This is the most Costa Rican place I went in Costa Rica and that’s the only way I can say it! If you saw any of my posts from my trip you saw this pool😍 I told them to leave me here! 🤣 This place is seriously beautiful! This is not an all inclusive property however they do have meal plan upgrade options!

Pro Tip: Don’t sleep on properties that aren’t necessarily all inclusive you may miss out on one like this!

Next up! Planet Hollywood Costa Rica! We didn’t actually stay here but did a site inspection and had lunch at this property. This is more of a lively vibe resort which I really enjoyed this about it! I was pleasantly surprised all together with this property! I would absolutely stay here myself, the food was also amazing! It’s much closer to the airport and also family friendly!

Pro Tip: Notice what look like the swim up rooms are actually their cabanas! These can be rented during your say and I would absolutely pay the extra one day for that experience because it looked fabulous!

Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica did not disappoint! It was hard for me to pick a favorite however this may have been my #1! The vibe here was such a tropical Central America vibe and I LOVED IT! This property is the furthest from the airport out of the properties I visited so I do recommend a longer stay here so you can really enjoy your time in Costa Rica! This property is family friendly!

Pro tip: keep those sliding doors locked at this property bc the monkies are mischievous! Good thing they are adorable! Peep the photo of one of them breaking and entering! 🤣❤️🐒
