We ate in Test Kitchen on board Valiant Lady last night and it’s certainly a theatrical experience. I had the vegetarian option (no eggs) so this dish should have had a confit egg with it as well.
The menu is inspired by Heston Blumenthal and you can have a beer, wine or cocktail pairing.
