✨ Dining Review: The Boathouse at Disney Springs ✨🛶

🐥🍸The Duck Duck Razz - One of the most famous cocktails in all of the Disney World. Adorable but lacks in enjoyable flavor (IMO). But, you get to keep the floating duckie!

🦞Maine Lobster Bisque - Outstanding! We all ordered the bisque and there was not a drop to spare. BONUS POINTS for being Gluten Free!

🥩Filet Mignon Slider - Don't ask questions, just order. These are the most tender and delicious mini filets. Packed with so much flavor with a Maitre d' Butter and garlic spread. (PS - Must have been too hungry to remember to take a picture!😬)

🍣Cedar Planked Gulf of Maine Salmon- While I don't love Salmon, those that order had nothing but wonderful things to say about this dish!

🍰Triple Chocolate Layer Cake - Not Gluten Free, so none for me. However, no one spared my feelings when describing the deliciousness of this mouth watering cake! 🤤Quoted on the menu to serve 2, but you be the judge!

✨We had such a wonderful (freezing 🥶) time attending this year's EPCOT International Festival of the Arts!

🧐Here are my personal selections for worst and best of the fest!
🥇Worst: Charred Octopus with crushed fingerling potatoes, kalamata olives, capers, and romesco sauce (New)
🥇Worst: Italian Red Sangria - Italy
🥇Best (Runner-up): Wild Mushroom Risotto with aged parmesan, truffle shavings, and zinfandel reduction (Plant-based) - Cananda
🥇Best: Spicy Ajiaco Soup with guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, potato, avocado, corn, and crème fraîche - Morocco

☀️ Summer 2026 Disney Cruise Line Itineraries Announced! 🎉

🚢 The Magic and the Wonder will both sail 7 night itineraries in Alaska 🧊

🚢The Dream will return to Europe starting the summer with 7 to 12 night Mediterranean itineraries and finishing with 3, 4 and 7 night sailings to Northern Europe and the Norwegian Fjords.

🚢The Wish (3, 4 night sailings) Fantasy ( 4, 5 night sailings) and Treasure (7 night sailings) will offer Bahamian or Caribbean itineraries out of Port Canaveral.

🚢The Destiny will sail out of Fort Lauderdale on 4, 5 and 7 night Bahamian and Caribbean sailings.

🏝️ The Wish, Treasure, Fantasy and Destiny will all have stops at either Disney’s Castaway Cay or Disney’s Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.

🚢The Adventure will offer 3 and 4 night itineraries out of Singapore.

🦕TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures at Disney’s Animal Kingdom are closing on 1/12/2025.
🐰It's Tough to Be A Bug, official closing on 3/17 to make way for Zootopia: Better Zoogether.
🚗Test Track is currently closed and scheduled to reopen LATE SUMMER 2025.

🍴& ▶️ Dine and Play is Back!🚢

Beginning Feb. 1, Disney Cruise Line will bring back Dine and Play in a phased approach across the fleet. This offering allows children to participate in fun and engaging activities while adults enjoy a leisurely dining experience.

Here are some reminders about this guest-favorite offering:

✨Available for children ages 3-10 who are registered at The Oceaneer Club/Lab
✨Only available for second dinner seating
✨Dining room servers will ask guests if they are participating in Dine and Play
✨Guests are responsible for bringing their child to the entrance of the dining room to meet the Youth Activities team between 9:00 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. for check in. The Youth Activities Counselors will then es**rt children to the Disney’s Oceaneer Club/Lab.

🗓️Dine and Play is returning to the Disney Cruise Line fleet in a phased approach:

Feb. 1: Disney Treasure and Disney Dream
Feb. 2: Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic

🍽️Delight in traditional Italian cooking in this lively trattoria at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.

This was truly an authentic Italian cuisine. The quality of flavors were outstanding!

🚧Hollywood Studios Construction Updates 🚧

🛑Closing dates have been announced to make way for the new Monster, Inc-themed land.

🍝 Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano will serve their final Guests on May 10.

💚 Muppet*Vision 3D and PizzeRizzo, Guests will have some additional time to enjoy these areas as we kick-off a glorious 5-month finale before these areas have their final curtain call on June 7.

🎉There’s still time to plan your visits to enjoy this area before construction begins.
