Time to get this page up and running again!
Update:
About 2 months ago, after a long hiatus from teaching, I began teaching one class a week at the YMCA in West St. Paul. There are no words to describe the joy I felt when I stepped back onto my mat ready to share. It was as if I had come home.
One of the hardest things about deciding to pull away from teaching was letting go of my classes and the unique dynamic that was special to each class because of the people who attended them. This is the beauty of practicing together--each one of us contributes to that sense of community.
When we are ready to receive the gifts the universe has to offer--they come in abundance.
This past week I met with a woman named Jess. Jess is fierce and driven AND she is opening up a studio less than a mile from my home. Jess was looking for a yoga teacher to balance out her high energy, high endurance workouts and someone recommended me!
I am so excited to have a home to share my practice and once again build community! I will have a set schedule that includes regular classes, monthly workshops, and options for one on one instruction!
Stay tuned for updates on the grand opening festivities, schedules, rates and more!
Here's a photo of the space on Winifred before renovation! I can't wait to see how everything comes together over the next month!
