We checked out Bar Riva at Riviera on our last stay and it was a pleasant surprise! This spot shares several menu items and a few specials with Primo Piatto and can be found near the pool open to the outside. I would definitely visit again! 🤩

It's no secret that EPCOT'S Flower and Garden festival is my favorite. I love springtime and flowers so this festival perfect! Returning again in 2025, you can expect to experience beautiful topiaries, find Spike the Bee hiding and delicious outdoor kitchens featuring some delicious, garden inspired dishes. We tried L'artisan Des Glaces on our last Disney trip in Epcot and it was just the sweet treat we needed! You can pick your icecream and sauce inside and they press it into a warm icecream sandwich. They also had icecream Macron sandwiches. 😍

The Boathouse restaurant in Disney Springs was a great experience! If you like seafood, this might be a great choice for you. I had a veggie pasta dish with a fun duck cocktail while my sister-in-law loved their crab cakes! We sat on the deck overlooking the water which was a great choice since it was very busy inside! I would eat here again. ⚓️

During our training sessions last week, we had the amazing opportunity to tour the Utopia of the Seas. I was so amazed! This ship is gorgeous! I was impressed with the selection of dining options, Central Park's greenery, the fun activities and the beautiful cabins. If you are thinking about taking a cruise in the next year or so, reach out! I would love to help you book an amazing experience with Royal Caribbean!

Did you know that you can meet some of your favorite Characters at Universal? The new Dreamworks land hosts Shrek, Donkey, Poppy, Branch and many other characters! You might also find minions and some awesome villians in Minionland as well.

Jollywood Nights - this was a an unexpected delight! I tried this event on night one and had a great time! There were several entertainment opportunities including Glisten! the new skating show, Pixar Disco and Holidays in Hollywood stage show. We tried several drinks and treats and felt it was worth it if you are looking for some new Christmas entertainment and have experience Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party before. The next event is tonight and there are still 9 more nights available this year!

Another food review because dining on vacation is one of my favorite experiences!

Ale & Compass at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. We ate breakfast here and the food was pretty good at a reasonable price for a buffet and entree. We truly enjoyed the coffee.

Minion Cafe at Universal Studios! You cannot eat here without smiling. I tried Agnes' Honeymoon soup which was fine but the grilled cheese with it was delightful! This quick service can be found in Minion Land.

Tonight is the first night of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. While I will not be attending this year, this is one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World! Snoap on Main Street, Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas Parade, cookies with hot cocoa, it's a wonderful way to kick of the most wonderful time of the year! 🎄

This week, we will be staying at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort! The theming of this resort is a load of fun and has so much to offer including two pools, lazy river, bowling, Jack LaLanne workout facility and much more!

Meeting characters for me has always been awkward because I don't know what to say - I am a little star struck! But having one of the adorable magnet shoulder pals was so helpful! Every princess we met talked about Bruni and helped me be more relaxed. 🤩

The queue for Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is phenomenal! I absolutely geek out while I wait to ride this attraction. What is your favorite part of this queue?

Park Tip: Don't skip the "kiddy" rides. I typically don't ride the spinning, "kid" rides but my sister-in-law and I made a point to ride these attractions last month and they were some of my favorites! They definitely brought out our child-like giggles. ☺️

Minion Land in Universal Studios Orlando is so much fun! We loved trying out the different treats, and enjoyed the new Villian-Con Minion Blast attraction. 🍌
