You do NOT want to miss the February 6 highlight of Lodi's Wine & Chocolate celebration: Sunday Brunch (https://lodiwineandchocolate.com/event/sunday/sunday-menu/) at Lodi's luxurious Wine & Roses Hotel. More than 20 wineries will be pouring sparklers, whites and rosés crafted from a diversity of grapes, including Albariño, Cinsaut, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and more. Wine & Roses Chefs Jacob Des Voignes, Ian Bens, and Scott Davis of Wine & Roses will highlight seasonal produce and locally grown foods, with guitarist William Russell and talented violinist David Holob provide Latin jazz themed acoustics. Their menu:

SPARKLING WINE PAIRINGS
Pacific oysters, blood orange mignonette
Winter truffle gougeres (savory pastry puff)
Smoked salmon crostini, herb creme fraiche, caviar
Dungeness crab vol au vent (small, hollow pastry), tarragon, and citrus
