FAQ: How many park days do I need at Universal?
Answer: It depends on how many parks you are doing! Below are my minimum recommendations:

Just Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure: 2 with Express Passes (EPs), 3 without.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & Volcano Bay: 3 days with EPs, 4 without.

Now, Epic Universe will complicate this advice once it opens. Right now, you can only do 1 day along with your package. This won't be enough to do everything, even with EPs IMO! I will help you prioritize your Epic park plans for your one day there to make sure you hit your priorities!

Food Friday: The Oceanview Cafe: This is the cruise buffet that I have found to have the best quality of food to date, onboard the Celebrity Reflection! It is obvious to me that Celebrity really focuses on its food offerings. Buffets can be challenging because there is such a large volume of food required in a short amount of time, but the options & quality here were really impressive! My favorite food item here was their pizza. I had a lot of it...I actually prefer it to Sorrento's on Royal Caribbean, which is saying something!
