Hey 👋 I’m Kelly. In the spring of 2021 I purchased this home and it was truly a dream come true. I used to sit on the inlet beach looking up at it thinking how incredible it would be to have a place on the beach with a huge rooftop, 2 things I love.

If you’ve ever been here you know what a special ‘Playce’ it is to my framily and I. Being able to have everyone under one roof to make memories is something I will cherish forever…and we’ve already had some epic times (and I mean EPIC) I genuinely love being able to also open this up as a vacation rental to families who can do the same. We’ve already had a few weddings, family reunions where people flew in from all over the world, hosted a cast of a tv show, co-ed baby showers, and countless families to join us in a few days of togetherness.

My hope is that this house continues to be a staple in the community and place that helps families and friends make incredible memories just by being together under one roof.

Thank you so much for all of you that have supported this journey, I look forward to having you back!🫶
