It’s only when we heal ourselves that we can reflect wholeness back to every facet of our lives and out to the world. This is how a revolution happens: The Gaia Revolution. We had an intimate group of incredible women each contributing genuinely, vulnerably their stories, experiences and wisdom to the collective learning, healing and awakening. Till next year. https://www.thegaiarevolution.com/wayshower #mindful #mindfulness #meditation #love #mindset #selfcare #mentalhealth #yoga #selflove #mindfulliving #motivation #wellness #inspiration #gratitude #nature #meditate #peace #life #healing #health #happiness #mind #wellbeing #spiritual #awareness #positivevibes #spirituality #mindfullness #consciousness #breathe
You matter, Mother 🥰🥰🥰
There are two kinds of mothers today - those who are highly celebrated, and those who received little to no greetings.
If you are with the 1st kind, I am happy for you. Enjoy the moment. Relish the love people are sending your way.
If you are with the 2nd kind, hey, that's okay 💗 Everything has a reason, be the understanding mother that you are and trust the fact that you are doing great. Those whom you expected to greet you and failed, do not mean that they don't appreciate you - they just didn't but know that you are loved.
To all the moms in and out of the tribe, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! You are awesome and we will forever be grateful for all the sacrifices you've done, big and small. You are the very reason the world is thriving! Thank you; you deserve to be celebrated! You deserve to be loved! You deserved to BE RISED!

No tribe, we ain't playing charades today. Instead, we're going to try to remind ourselves of something really important, something so small yet makes such a big impact without us knowing it.
Yeah, I am talking about the "Hello! How are you?" greeting.
When was the last time you asked someone that? Wait, let me rephrase my question - when was the last time you GENUINELY asked someone how they are? You know, that time when you asked it because you really wanted to know their state and not because you were just being polite.
I remember asking an acquaintance this very question only because I was being courteous and not because I was truly curious about her.
To my surprised, she started crying. And then she opened up to me and said she had longed for someone to check in on her, to ask if she was doing okay, to make sure everything is alright. She shared how sad she's been because she felt so unnoticed, undeserving and unspecial and that for such a long time, she needed someone to remind her that she is also a person worth caring for.
She then told me about the many stories she had to flip thru, about the many battles she lost and won that she would have wanted to share with someone if only someone was willing to listen.
Tribe, this phrase, if we think about it, is so short. It takes less than 30-seconds to ask, and yet, most of the time, we are so caught up in the world we confine ourselves into that we tend to forget that we are not alone in this world. That we are interconnected with others and it is our task to look after the welfare of other people, too - not just of our own.
I challenge you. Think about that someone so meek and timid, that someone from the team who has always been so quiet or maybe so loud (but never spoke about themselves), that someone who just loves to smile at others. Once you have identified that person, send them a message, or better yet, personally ask them when you get the chance. You'll never kno
