Palm Desert Vacation Rentals by Owner

My husband and I fell in love with Palm Desert years ago and purchased our first “vacation home” in the early 2000’s. Since we weren’t able to use it every weekend, we decided to rent it out periodically to help offset the cost.

Now we own 18 homes throughout the US and still rent out a few of them for others to enjoy while they are traveling to Palm Desert for extended stays. Silver Sands is a lovely, gated community that attracts tennis enthusiasts from near and far.

More recently we bought a new construction 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that is only available for the months of January and February. This is located a mile away from Silver Sands in the hip, new community of the Retreat at Desert Willow.
