This thin crust deliciousness is a classic large pepperoni pizza made in a wood fire oven. This pizza is far above pizza chain restaurants. The flavors are much more stripped down and pure tasting. The chewiness of the dough paired with the slight acidity of the tomato sauce really compliments the saltiness of the pepperoni. Every time I go to Via Napoli, the pizza is top tier.
