The Walt Disney Company has announced the return of Bob Iger as CEO as of yesterday, November 20th, 2022. He will serve as CEO for a 2 year period to set corporate strategy for growth as well as develop a successor for the role at the end of his 2 year service. Bob Chapek, who has served as Disney’s CEO since February 2020 and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, has stepped down effective immediately.
