🚨🌈 PSA 🌈 🚨Let’s talk overdoses and Naloxone (Narcan). I know you think you’ll never encounter someone in an overdose situation, but the odds are becoming increasingly high that you could. Be ready and prepared. Naloxone is available in most states for free. I know you’re thinking “why carry it around for the tiny chance I’ll ever need it”? For the same reason we carried one way valve masks in the 1990s for CPR and why we have AEDs all over the place. Naloxone nasal spray is simple to administer and is saving lives every single second. Don’t be caught in a situation where you’re helpless to save someone in a hopeless situation. Every person saved from an overdose has another chance to beat their addiction.
