Hi 👋🏼 My name is Allie Purdy Bucuvalas. Welcome to my page. For those of you that are new here, I thought I’d take a moment to share my focus.

As a Mom, small business owner, yogi and health professor my goal is to share functional yoga with you in a accessible format so that taking care of your physical and mental health doesn’t feel like a chore on the to-do list but instead like an uplifting break.

For about 8 years I taught an Atune @ Noon series in downtown Portland at the New Market Building until it was sold. Well now after an 8 year hiatus our same crew is back together, this time virtually.

Just subbed at and had 3 former students show up to class. It was pure joy to see each one of them in person and be able to give them a hug. It’s been at least 4 years since I taught them but the connection is still there. Yoga really does connect us and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

After nearly 8 years teaching yoga at , our time has come to an end. It was my honor and pleasure to teach all the Vacasa yogis and try to lift spirits as we experienced waves of lay offs over the years.

This also means I am actively looking for more work. So, if you are interested in bringing yoga into your workplace, please reach out.
