Just subbed at and had 3 former students show up to class. It was pure joy to see each one of them in person and be able to give them a hug. It’s been at least 4 years since I taught them but the connection is still there. Yoga really does connect us and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

After nearly 8 years teaching yoga at , our time has come to an end. It was my honor and pleasure to teach all the Vacasa yogis and try to lift spirits as we experienced waves of lay offs over the years.
This also means I am actively looking for more work. So, if you are interested in bringing yoga into your workplace, please reach out.

I had to share this pic because it popped up on my memories. This is me at age 19 when I was full into Bikram yoga and practicing 6 days a week in Ft. Collins, CO while I was in college.
Those hours of staring myself in the face, sweating and pushing myself gave me the discipline I needed at that phase in my life.
Now 21 years later my dancers pose does not look the same but I do still have that beach towel 😉

Hi Team,
I haven’t posted in a while because I’ve been consumed by the holidays, family and work but I wanted to drop a line and say I’m still here.
I once read an inspirational quote discussing how essentially everything is hard , you just have to choose your hard.
Pick which path you take, pick which hard you want to feel and give energy to.
The hard of pushing yourself in yoga to be strong and consistent or the hard of being sedentary, not moving your body and having back pain ?
The hard of being frugal and saving money for your future or the hard of overspending not knowing how you will pay your bills?
The hard of sticking with a relationship and working at it or the hard of being alone and starting over?
What is showing up as hard for you right now and is it the “good” hard?
