If you receive an email or a call stating that you need to pay your vacation balance or additional port fees for cruises for trips that you've booked through me ALWAYS contact me first! Do not provide your payment information no matter how urgent it appears to be. (If you really did have a balance due, I would already be notified)
Many clients lately have apologized when I have had to inquire further about something related to their reservation. Don't apologize! Payments are securely handled by me to protect you against these kinds of shady situations!
