Let me tell y’all a story about Disney magic! My step mom and I went to WDW last week and we ordered the Magicband+ for our trip. Sadly, Disney is overwhelmed with the launch of the new product so ours didn’t come in time for our trip. I told the concierge at the front desk when we checked in and she gave us a No Strings Attached, which is Disney’s version of a gift certificate, for free ones from the resort’s gift shop! We also received an email from Disney that same day apologizing for the inconvenience and initiating a refund. We were thrilled, not only were we still able to get our bands… we got them for FREE!! Then today, our original ones we ordered arrived in the mail. So now we have two for free. Disney really goes above and beyond to make sure everyone’s vacation is as smooth as possible. 💕

Let’s talk food and drinks 🤤🍻 — Disney is much more than rides and shows. Some of the best food and drinks I’ve tasted have been on Disney property. Here’s a breakdown of a **few** of the meals I enjoyed this past week while at Walt Disney World.

•Cajun Chicken Pasta at The House of Blues located at Disney Springs

•Chicken Fried Rice at Yak & Yeti quick service in Animal Kingdom. This is on the menu as a snack but definitely large enough for a full meal.

•Mickey Mouse Apple dipped in Chocolate and Carmel with sprinkles from The Candy Cauldron at Disney Springs

•Pot Stickers and Sticky Wings from Kona Cafe located in The Polynesian Village Resort. These wings are my husbands absolute favorite.

•Pancakes and French Toast with carmelized bananas and Nutella butter from Garden Grove located within the Swan Resort.

•Beef tenderloin tips with mashed potatoes and veggies from the Canada pavilion in Epcot

•Carmel popcorn made with original Werthers popcorn and a Snickerdoodle cookie with buttercream filling and Werthers Carmel drizzle from Karamell-Kuche in the Germany pavilion at Epcot. That cookie was the best cookie I’ve tasted in a longggg time!

•Tennessee Lemonade made with Jack Daniels and Moonshine Sour made with Blackberry moonshine from our very own Smoky Mountain Moonshine. These drinks are found in America at Epcot!

•Black pepper beef and Orange chicken from Nine Dragons located in China at Epcot. Probably the best Chinese food I’ve had!

•A classic cider beer on tap from England in Epcot

•Tator tot nachos referred to as “totchos” and BBQ sandwich from Woody’s Lunchbox in Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios

•Lastly, the famous Fuzzy Tauntaun found at the Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios.

I participated in the Disney College Program in 2017. The DCP is an internship for college students that gives you an opportunity to work at Walt Disney World. I worked at Pinocchio Village Haus in Magic Kingdom which is an Italian themed restaurant. 🍝🍕
