Another exciting month for many, September is one of my busiest months for holidays and lots of you jetting off all around the world
Can I please ask again if you are wanting me to check you in and get boarding cards over etc that you give me plenty of notice at least 2 weeks as I send your documents out 2 weeks before travel
Please make sure your passports are in date and valid for the countries you are visiting
Make sure your have full holiday insurance
Make sure that you are aware of visas entry for the countries that may require , all this info is in the fcdo website
I know lots of places are digital these days but please just print off everything I send you as phones can be lost or broken
Any special requests for your accommodation please give me 2 weeks notice

EasyJet have released flights this morning for July to September 25 , I am now able to dynamically package holidays for those dates to try and save money on tour op package prices , please bear in mind that easyJet flights have to be paid in full at the time of booking just like you would have to booking them direct , I charge no extra for booking your flight it will be the same price as easyJet direct but you get fully protected with ABTA and ATOL

I really hate to put up a negative post but can I just say how disappointed I’ve been this last two weeks .
Once again for the people who don’t realise, I am not an online search engine I am a proper travel agent , I have spent hours searching for individuals , working for free as I’m not on a wage to not even have an acknowledgement for my time , reading my messages and not answering me
I have always said that I do all enquiries by phone but these last few weeks I’ve given in and just sat doing quote after quote , working through the evenings , absolutely exhausting myself to be ignored so will be going back to phone calls only , if you are not looking to speak with a genuine travel agent and not serious about getting your holiday sorted then I’m not the agent for you .

Beating tour op prices- I know it’s cut throat out there and everyone is looking for the lowest price and I will always try to Pricematch a tour operator for you but please do not start a message with I’ve had this price off love holidays
Love holidays, on the beach etc the online companies are not ABTA protected , you cannot speak to a human , any problems you deal with yourself so please do not assume I am the same as I am not
Are these companies available for you out of office hours , before during and after your holiday? Do they sort out any issues straight away? Do they check you in and make sure you have all your boarding cards and paperwork etc… absolutely not and this is why I have so many repeat clients because I’m here to look after them

Any repeat offenders who feel it’s ok to get me to work and not even give me an acknowledgment will no longer be welcome and will be removed and banned from my page
If I win the lottery this weekend I will be able to work for free until then I have bills like everyone else
