• 1.5 oz Ample Apricot
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Directions

Introducing our Canadian Rye Whisky, aged 3 years in barrel with a lighter and smoother finish than other styles.
Both 375mL & 750mL bottles are available, sold exclusively in-store. Come grab them while you can!
On the nose the spirit showcases mixed grain profile with the oak character also shinning through. The flavor profile offers a malty sweetness, reminiscent of a lowland Scotch style that is a little more delicate. With rounded complexity on the finish, this spirit still has a clean finish and has a lingering flavours of spicy rye grain.
Enjoy it in a Maple Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour or simply on its own! 🥃

Originally mixed with a Berliner Weisse styled beer, this is our take on what the German’s call Berliner Weisse Mit Schuss. It’s the mix of the beer with Raspberry or Woodruff syrup that would make for a refreshing summer drink!

With this partnership, Bench is also happy to welcome the co-founders of Niagara Cider Company, Matt Dixon and Rich Houghton to the Bench team.
