Night Navigation in drizzle and fog.
How does that sound?
Well, I had a fantastic time with a funny bunch going through ferns taller than us, mud and streams.
Can't wait for the next one, I learned so much!

Little stroll today to check our next WALK IN FRENCH, which is taking place this coming Sunday 8th of September in Crone Woods at 10am.
Such a treat, despite the weather. The heather in bloom and the bees enjoying the gorse made this cloudy, misty day, very colourful. Imagine with a bit of sun ☀️😊

We're meeting in Djouce Woods for a 10km non strenuous walk all the way to the beautiful Powerscourt Waterfall.
You will need hiking boots or shoes for this walk!

Fabulous weekend on the hills for Mountain Skills 2 with an excellent and very knowledgeable trainer who kept us going through the dark and the strong winds!
I learned lots and met some lovely people!

Coumshingaun Lough Loop Rated as extra difficult on @hiiker_ One of the most challenging hikes I've ever done, the descent was spent mostly on my bottom. But what a treat, it was magical! A miracle happened on our 10th WALK IN FRENCH!!! After over a week of mist, drizzle and fog, the sun came out and stayed with us until the end. We talked about the water supply to Dublin before the Roundwood reservoir was built in 1862. We discovered how the water makes its way to Dublin through the Callow Hill tunnel and Stillorgan reservoir. We looked at the water beds and the new water treatment plant. And all "en français" bien-sûr! Lovely to finish our 10th walk in Vartry House for a nice lunch. Last day in the Atlas Mountains Walk from the Toubkal Refuge all the way down to Imlil. The legs were stiff but the spirits were high! Lovely evening in Marrakech before our red-eye flight. I will be back!!! #toubkalrefuge #toubkal #toubkalnationalpark #atlasmountains #imlil #marrakech #marrakesh

Summit day 🏔 What an adventure! Crossing rivers, climbing rocks, walking with crampons with the amazing support of Ronan @adventure.ie and our wonderful Moroccan guides, Abdellah and Jamal. We felt safe the whole way and despite the challenge, we loved every minute of it. And the giggles that day had a special taste of pure happiness! Day 5 1300 metres climb to reach the Toubkal refuge, giving priority to the courageous mules. The wonderful chats and the laughter made the climb easy.
