● Experience and Skills:

Successful candidates would be responsible for the entire operations of the lodge including but not limited to

Guest check ins & briefings, hosting & check-outs, and all guest experiences during their stay.

Lodge Maintenance.

Lodge Operations
● Oversee all company and lodges operations and ensure team productivity within the company’s Tanzanian properties.
● Ensure exceptional guest experiences
● Monitor lodge monthly reports, identify issues and take decisions accordingly to meet objectives.
● Oversee key property issues including capital projects, customer service, refurbishment, maintenance of lodges and other assets.
● Coordinate and develop the lodge annual plans in consultation with Concession and Lodge Managers
● Oversee reports submitted by Lodge Managers on a quarterly basis and ensure annual plan is followed.
● Coordinate bi-weekly management meetings with each property. Revenue Management
● Manage on-going profitability of all the lodges, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded in line with company objectives.
● Monitor lodge budget goals and set other short and long-term strategic goals for the properties
● Develop revenue forecasts for each property.
