🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga Class 🍃

We are pleased to invite you to an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class in the pleasant bed of the Turia River.
Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful tool for tuning the body, improving concentration, balance and coordination. A fast and intense set of asanas (postures) instills a better sense of the rhythm and increases your awareness of movement and flow in your body.
Don't worry if you haven't practiced yoga before, the classes are adapted for a beginner level and variations are offered for all levels. Do not forget to bring a large mat (if you have one) or a towel (we practice on the grass) and comfortable clothing (shorts, leggings, a fresh shirt). It is not advisable to drink water during class but you can bring it if you want.
We sincerely hope you enjoy the class with us!

💃 Andalucía trip
Four days in the real Spain, while you make new friends and visit the beauty of Andalusia.
Four of the most beautiful cities in Spain: Granada, Malaga, Sevilla and Córdoba discovering the Andalusian culture.
You will be filled with emotions walking through the Alhambra in Granada, Plaza España in Seville, the Mosque de Córdoba and you will enjoy the sun on the beaches of Malaga and without forgetting Andalusian cuisine, flamenco while having something with the typical tapas.

⏰ Program:
▪️ Thursday 24/06
Leaving to Córdoba. After we arrive, we will have a break and a guided tour through the cathedral “Mezuita de Cordoba” (Optional). In the Afternoon we will leave for Sevilla. The night in our hotel in Sevilla.
▪️ Friday 25/06
We have our breakfast at 08:30 and then start an optional guided tour. After we have free time to explore the city before we leave to Malaga at 13:00, arriving there at 15:00. In the evening we have a guided tour. We spent the night in the Hotel of Malaga.
▪️ Saturday 26/06
After the breakfast and a guided tour, we drive to Granada at 14:00, arriving at 16:00. You’ll have time to explore Granada and we will spend the night in Granada.
▪️ Sunday 27/06
8:30 Breakfast and an optional visit to Alhambra. After that we have free time until we leave back to Valencia at 17:00.

Traveling material: Backpack, Clothes, Suncream, Camera, etc.
Food and drinks: Waterbottle, maybe snacks for the first day. You will be able to buy food and visit restaurants here.
