Our recent multi-narrative tour "Beyond the Headlines", which took place this past week in Israel and Palestine, has been described as impactful, life-changing and essential.
This tour was unlike any other. Participants did not attend to sightsee. They went to sit with people, hear their stories, meet with and learn from NGOs, gain a nuanced and contextual understanding of the current situation outside of what the media prints, and form relationships with people and families, Israeli and Palestinian, who have suffered so much over the last six months.
In the coming weeks, as we prepare for the next "Beyond the Headlines" tour in May, we will share more about this unique experience, what we learned, who we met, and how we can all help.
