Most people look forward to food and wine festivals at Epcot. I on the other hand prefer the smaller festivals. March 4th kicks off Epcot's Flower and Garden festival. This runs through June 1st. The food is not only delicious but absolutely stunning to look at!

BREAKING NEWS! Disney just announced a brand new dining plan option which allows for much more flexibility, allowing you to utilize your credit how YOU want. The dining plans include alcohol for adults! Pictured below is a delicious slush from the France booth at Festival of the Arts, and a salmon dish from the Canada booth at the same festival. You can redeem your snack credits all around Epcot at the festivals, a GREAT use of a dining plan snack credit. - Disney Dining Plan Plus is a brand-new Disney dining plan option that will be available exclusively as part of a Disney Resort hotel package. This new plan will allow Guests to redeem their two meals each day in any combination of either Table Service, Quick Service, or Character Dining, or a combination.

- In addition, a Disney Dining Plan Plus package includes two snacks per night, one refillable drink mug (which can be used at any Disney Resort hotel quick-service locations)

- Meals can be redeemed in any order and in any combination. Unused meals or snacks rollover day to day so Guests can use them whenever they want during their stay.

Rise of the Resistance opened in Disney World opened today to the public after media previews yesterday and needless to say this attraction looks INCREDIBLE! One of the newest trends across the Disney Parks is the addition of color themed merchandise and treats. My personal favorite so far was "Potion Purple". However just release is "Arendelle Aqua" which I assume is to gear us up for the release of Frozen 2! The treats and drinks look delicious and are featured at the parks on both coasts. Which looks good to you? We are headed back to FL in October, and my daughter is determined to try the Arendelle Aqua cone in Magic Kingdom. I on the other hand am headed to Epcot for the Arendella Aqua lemonade with blackberry moonshine 😂🤣

People often ask about the Memory Maker photo package. I say, it is a MUST. You receive all ride photos (which are usually funny!) and "Magic Shots" which add some cute stuff to your photos. This can all be downloaded after your trip and printed on your own. However for me the biggest plus? I am actually IN the pictures instead of just taking them! No more worrying about taking your cell phone photos - let a professional photographer do all that work for you!

Fall is probably the best (or maybe second best?!) time of the year to visit Walt Disney World. Epcot hosts the International Food and Wine Festival. This awesome event actually begins in late summer and runs through early November. You can eat and drink food and alcohol from all over the world while staying right in Florida! Probably one of my favorite events.

Galaxy's Edge in Hollywood Studios opened today, bright and early at 6am. Wait times soared to almost 5 hours! But by the end of the day, under 2, and crowds around all 4 parks stayed manageable.

If you have a Star Wars fan, now is the time to go!
