I'm heading over to the ASTA River Cruise Expo after three lovely days at the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. Located in a vibrant Southeast neighborhood near the University, the hotel is known for it's sustainable philosophy, including bamboo guest room keys. We especially loved the Club Level happy hour every evening.
