Huis Ten Bosch (ハウステンボス, Hausu Ten Bosu) is a theme park in Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan, which recreates the Netherlands by displaying life-sized copies of old Dutch buildings. The name Huis Ten Bosch translates into English as "House at the Woods/Forest". It is named after Huis ten Bosch in The Hague, one of the three official residences of the Dutch Royal Family.❤️❤️

This large park is located at the base of the Kuju Mountains in western Oita Prefecture, a short drive from Kurokawa Onsen and Mt. A*o. It features more than 500 different varieties of flowers and plants, creating colorful carpets of flowers across the hills, in every sea*on except for deepest winter. In summer, you can pick blueberries. In autumn, the park has a flower festival, with fields of cosmos and flame-hued celosia.

The park grounds include a greenhouse for tropical plants, and several giftshops selling local souvenirs, plants and flower-themed crafts. You can bring your own food to eat in the gardens, or try the restaurants, cafes, and casual food stalls, throughout the park. In summer, farmers from the area often sell their produce at the garden’s entrance.

Inside, barber shops, camera stores, electronic goods, doctor’s clinics, tiny bars, post offices, schools, public bath houses, cheap candy stores, and domestic interiors, such as the kitchens and lounge rooms of the time, are all waiting to take you on a time slip to the Showa 30s.😇🥹

At Kujyu Forest Park Skiing Ground you can ski while taking in the superb view of the Kuju Mountains. Mainly for families, beginners, and intermediate level skiers, their Panorama Slope, Forest Course, and Board Park attracts lots of skiers and snowboarders. They held the All Kyushu Junior Tournament in 2012.
