To make your Matakana stay perfect, we use Matakana Botanicals, Macadamia & Wild Fig hand wash (in the soap dispensers), Hand and Body Lotions (in the shower dispensers), and guest soap.

These gorgeous products are 100% made from NZ Products, including Manuka Honey from Great Barrier Island and Macadamia oil from Matakana.

There are so many foodie delights in and around Matakana - one easy reason to spend some time here is the award winning Charlies Gelato.
There is plenty of seating to enjoy a treat, including vegan and gluten free options. All made on site, with over 40 flavours to choose from!
You can also choose coffee and cake, or browse the selection of local produce and wholefoods. If you happen to come around November or December, you can buy the best strawberries ever!
