A perfect Ciociaria Lunch - fini fini pasta and lamb.
The fini-fini are a thin version of fettucine (fini-fini literally translates into thin-thin), and are drowned in tomato sauce. Get a handful on your fork and let them explode in your mouth.
It’s the triumph of simple and yet unbeatable ingredients.
Ciociaria is a place to live, experience and.. taste!

The ancient Frusino might not be the most beautiful town in Ciociaria. Its historical center was almost completely destroyed but the Allies bombs over WWII. This doesn’t mean the city has nothing beautiful to be discovered. Later in the day, when the sun is setting, and the city’s lazy summer vibe rise with it, you can find yourself stumbling upon little moments of joy, just like this one. A good enough reason to spend a night or two in the capital city of Ciociaria!

Finally someone "discovered" Ciociaria!

Finally someone "discovered" Ciociaria!

Ciociaria isn't even on official maps. Unknown to even most Italians, the once poor and outcast area is emerging as a luxury travel destination.

The incredible view from Monte Cairo at Terelle, around 1700 meters high. The mount used to be part of the Gustav Line, a defense system built by the Germans during the IIWW to push back the Allied that were trying to free Italy from the N***s oppression. Till nowadays you can still find relics from the German troops. **i

| Pofi | Ciociaria is made of 91 towns, each one of them has its own patron saint. This photo represents the procession in honour of S. Sebastiano, patron saint of the little medieval town of Pofi, held on July 31st. There is no such a way to discover the deep historical and religious italian roots than attending a similar event.

The view of Frosinone, capital city of Ciociaria. The city has an upper historical part, beautiful to discover and with occasional dramatic panoramas over the valley, and a lower more modern part. Frosinone is 30 minutes driving away from both the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia, Sperlonga and San Felice Circeo and the beautiful mountains and ski hills of Campocatino. Plus, Frosinone's surrounding is full of stunning ancient towns like Alatri, Anagni, Veroli and Isola Liri. There's no way you'll get bored around here!
