January 2016 I had my Muggle in the Making with me while I was ten weeks pregnant for a visit to Hogwarts. February 2025 I finally got to take my eight year old Muggle that I made to see Hogwarts for the first time. Nothing is better than sharing my favorite things with my favorite kid. 🫶🏻✨

Happy Valentine’s Day from where we spent our evening throwing beads off of a Mardi Gras float! The Mardi Gras Ride & Dine experience is absolutely amazing!

Also want to give a to our amazing Bead Captain, Denise! She was so wonderful with our daughter while we were waiting for the parade to start and even taught her how to make stars with the bead necklaces! She also kept our beads fully stocked during the entire parade.

Universal Orlando Mardi Gras is now through March 30! Want to plan a last minute trip to join the parade??

One year ago today, Disneyland debuted its newest hotel, Pixar Place! Formerly Paradise Pier, this hotel is fully remodeled and updated. We stayed here a few months ago and absolutely LOVED it! It is filled with so many tiny details that make it even more magical.

Pixar Place features a separate theme park entrance to California Adventure just for hotel guests, and is just steps away from Downtown Disney and Disneyland Park! Staying at Pixar Place, or one of Disneylands other hotels, also grants you access to the park 30 minutes early so you can get to those popular rides before the crowds!

Absolutely wonderful day exploring the Disney Magic with fellow Whitney World Travel team member, Bethany! This ship may have been built in 1998, but it is stunning and looks brand new! My favorite kind of updates! Things like Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be complicated! Park hopping can add a bit more confusion to it all! I love being able to talk my clients through how to use Lightning Lanes to their advantage! I also love when clients decide to change up their plans to make sure they have the best time at the parks! I will give you the most detailed itinerary in the world, but I will always encourage ignoring that itinerary to make your trip even more magical!

One of my absolute favorite Disney memories??

On January 19, 2019, my friends and I boarded Kilimanjaro Safaris just like we do on every trip. During the ride, I went to take a picture of the giraffes because my daughter loved giraffes. As I took the picture, our safari guide got so excited and said “she’s having a baby!” We could all see the legs of a baby giraffe starting to come out! I was lucky enough to capture a picture of it before we even realized what was happening.

Mama Mara did not want to move to a more private area, so the Safari was closed for a bit. Baby Jabari, a Masai, giraffe had arrived! Jabari is Mara’s first calf.

On every trip since then, I look for Jabari roaming around. I can always tell it’s him from the heart shaped mark on his neck!
