DETACHMENT COMMANDER
- Must be a retired commissioned Military or PNP officer with a minimum of 3 years experience as detachment commander, a
- Graduate of a course in Certified Security Safety and Management professional from a duly accredited training institution.
- At least lieutenant level above.
- Must not exceed 65 years old

SHIFT-IN-CHARGE

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a security officer handling a minimum complement of 50 security guards per detachment and must possess all qualifications listed for security guards.

In addition:
- Must be a college graduate
- Undergone a Security Supervisory Course
- Must be able to speak both Filipino and English
- Must have adequate writing skills
- Must have a security officer license
- Computer Literate

SECURITY GUARDS:

- Filipino citizen
- At least 2nd year of college or graduate of any 2-year vocational/technical course
- At least 21-56 years of age
- Physically and mentally fit
- At least 5'6" in height for male and 5'2" for female guards
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a security guard
