The Blue Lagoon was invented at Harry's Bar in 1960 and is a tribute to and variation of the White Lady,

Ingredients:
- 4 cl Vodka
- 2 cl Blue Curaçao
- 1 cl squeezed and filtered lemon juice

How to prepare it:
- Shake the vodka, blue curaçao and lemon juice in a shaker.
- Pour into a cocktail glass, straining the ice.
- Garnish with lemon or orange peel if desired.

Today we present to you one of the most mexican cocktails 🇲🇽🍸

The Sugar Shack Mexican

Ingredients :

- 1 oz 100% agave tequila reposado or tequila blanco
- 1/2 oz citrus liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec, etc.)
- 1/4 oz maple syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- Salt to frost the rim of the glass

How to prepare it ?

- Frost the rim of a glass with salt.
- Shake all the ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker.
- Filter through a colander and pour into the glass filled with ice.
- To frost the glass, mix flakes of maple sugar with fleur de sel in equal proportions
- Enjoy !
