These guests had a bad experience at another Airbnb. (Not at Innsbrook) They reached out and asked if we could open up Squirrel Run for them the next day to salvage the rest of their getaway. With a little bit of Innsbrook magic and the work of our amazing cleaning service (Self Maid Cleaning) —- vacation saved!

This is bookmarked “I needed this” because me, myself and I NEEDED to hear all of this positivity.

The guest before this review left a very negative review. The worst review we have ever gotten. 3 stars.

I had to take 3 days to digest those 3 stars. What was true vs what wasn’t. What can I control vs what is out of my control. Talk with John to sort it all out and maybe cuss a little.

I always appreciate guest’s feedback and take it to heart. Improve the things that need improving. All the time remembering we are a little cabin deep in the woods. We are not The Ritz. :)

So when this guest left a glowing review of our space, the resort and amenities…well it was just what I needed. If you follow along- thank you Tiffany for taking the time to write a review!

In June we had two families stay at Squirrel Run for the 3rd year in a row!!!
This was always my big hope, that families called Squirrel Run their special place. That they would choose us to come visit each year. That we would get to know them, their kids and even their dog.
That they feel comfortable at our cabin and have learned where all the things are kept. And we, in turn, feel comfortable and look forward to their stay because we know they will treat our cabin like their own. 💕
