The guest before this review left a very negative review. The worst review we have ever gotten. 3 stars.
I had to take 3 days to digest those 3 stars. What was true vs what wasn’t. What can I control vs what is out of my control. Talk with John to sort it all out and maybe cuss a little.
I always appreciate guest’s feedback and take it to heart. Improve the things that need improving. All the time remembering we are a little cabin deep in the woods. We are not The Ritz. :)
