Hello wild followers! A quick update as to why we’ve been so quiet for a few days. We were heading home for Andy’s treatment when 110 kms out of Winton our A-frame on the van cracked nearly right through in 2 spots on the van. Soooooo, after organising tow trucks and repairs we are back on the road home while the van stays in Winton being fixed. Nearly home, currently at Miles.

Finally got to see the stairway to the moon without too many clouds. Looks beautiful but hard to photograph.

High tide and low tide, huge difference. The tide here moves up to 13 metres each way and the force is amazing. Really enjoying Broome, it is a very relaxed place (probably because of the heat), in the middle of the day most people are just sitting in the shade hoping for a breeze.

The view from our caravan this morning. It is 10 am here in Broome and the water is so still and a bit of clouds in the distance. You can’t see a definite line at the horizon.
