The Mallikarjuna temple situated in Basaralu,in the Mandya district, Karnataka. The temple was built by Harihara Dhannayaka around 1234 A.D. during the rule of the Hoysala Empire King Vira Narasimha II
The Chennakesava Temple, is a Vaishnava temple on the banks of River Kaveri at Somanathapura, Karnataka. Built in 1258 CE by Somanatha Dandanayaka, a general of the Hoysala King Narasimha III. The ornate temple is a model illustration of the Hoysala architecture.

While exploring the cemetery of St Mary's church i stopped and prayed my respect at the Graves of Robert Turlington Noble a European missionary who came to Machilipatnam in 1841 and stayed until his death who founded the Noble High School for boys .It is one of the first four educational institutions opened in India by the British Government. Noble College can be considered as one of the first five colleges of India.
St Mary's Church machilipatnam is a mausoleum of love. Its about two ill fated lovers Major General John Pater and Arabella Robinson .
While exploring krishna district i had visited Machilipatnam town which has a rich colonial heritage . i did a stop over at the lighthouse which was commissioned in 1858 Located behind Manginapudi Beach. ARLHS IND-043; Admiralty F0955; NGA 27044.
This cyclone memorial monument in machlipatnam was erected to the memories of 30000 people who were swept into the ocean on the night of 1st nov 1864.
