Valley View is a cosy characterful cottage sleeping four guests within two bedrooms over three floors. This is the perfect choice for couples, golfing buddies and adventurers looking for a superior stay within the Malvern Hills. This property is a period stone cottage, with five steep and uneven steps to it’s entrance and narrow staircases inside, making it unsuitable for young children and those

with limited mobility. Ground Floor:

Living room: With Sky Tv

Kitchen: With dinning area, electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and tumble dryer

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed (can be twin beds upon request)

Study

Bathroom: With bath, walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2 With twin beds

Gas central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. There is a secure bike storage area for up to four bikes and golf clubs. Please note that there is no garden access at this time. Pets welcome. Step outside your wonderful cottage and you have immediate access to the great outdoors, with 100 miles of paths and trails to explore. You’ll be rewarded with stunning views across Herefordshire and the Severn Valley as you make your way across this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whilst exploring the hills, fill your water bottle from one of the 80 natural springs, historically famous as a water cure. If you are checking in your golf clubs, you will be pleased to know that you are within a 45 minute drive of 15 excellent golf courses. The Three Counties Showground is a 5 minute drive and hosts all year round events, including RHS shows, antique fairs, live music and Winter Glow. The charming spa town of Malvern is steeped in history, with it’s beautiful medieval Priory and impressive Georgian and Victorian architecture.Foodies will find everything from quaint tearooms to cosy gastro pubs and fine dining establishments. The Worcestershire Food and Drink Trail highlights some of the best places to enjoy a tasty tipple or indulge in award-winning food. The Malverns is steeped in history, associated with Edward Elgar, British Royalty and having inspired literary masterpieces by CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien.
