🕐 Next time you have an issue, rather than trucking it back to the front of the park for guest relations, head over to a blue umbrella!

📱 The guest experience team can help with MDE app issues, lightning lane questions/ issues, linking family members, linking magic bands, and answering any guest relations questions you may have! They are a wealth of knowledge!

🚨🚨The people spoke, and Disney is delivering.. THIS SUMMER! 🙌🏻🙌🏻NO more waking up at 7am on vacation!!

‼️As of July 24th Guests of Walt Disney World will be able to plan ahead, even more!

🌟 Here are the details🌟
➡️Genie+ will become Lightning Lane Mutli Pass
➡️Individual Lightning Lane will become Lightning Lane Single Pass
➡️Still a paid for service (not free)

Lightning Lane Multi Pass:
📲Guests of WDW can purchase their Multipass up to 7 days before check in and will make up to 3 Lightning Lane selections in advance
📲Once you use a selection, you can make an additional selection in your My Disney Experience account

Lightning Lane Single Pass:
📲This will work much like it does today, where guests can secure a time to ride for the hightly demanded attractions! But, you will be able to do it in advance!

‼️Planning Ahead...
➡️Guests Staying at a Disney property hotel and other select hotels will be able to plan Lightning Lanes Passes up to 7 days in advance for their entire stay.
➡️All other guests can plan up to 3 days in advance.
➡️Guest can purchase a Lightning Lane Mutli pass, a Lightning Lane Single Pass, or BOTH! Similar to purchasing Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes as they are now.

Disney resort guests can purchase tickets starting July 2nd. All other guests can purchase tickets July 10th.
