A Brand-new Unit (Unit 14B, Tower 2, Kasara Urban Residences located at Eagle St. and P.E. Antonio, Ugong, Pasig City)
Furnished with (for your convenience FREE of charge):

• Air conditioner
• Refrigerator
• Induction Stove
• Microwave Oven
• Kettle
• Rice cooker
• Oven Toaster
• Washing Machine
• Tower Fan
• Hair dryer
• Flat Iron
• Fire Extinguisher
• Rangehood
Towels & beddings (linens, pillow cases, and the like),
cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cooking utensils are provided.
Hoping to encourage personal communication and building relationships, we opted not to provide Internet, hence the low room rental rate.
Swimming Pool use is free of charge for 2 guests only. Php 150/extra guest.
Paid parking is off premises.
Strictly No Smoking.
